E Komo Mai! Oct 1-3 '98... Come With Us to Joliet!
Over one hundred HSGA members, from all parts of the U.S., Canada, and Overseas, get together each year in Joliet, Illinois for HSGA's "play 'til you drop" three days of Hawaiian steel guitar music, comraderie, just listening, and ono-licious food (especially the final Lu`au). Is this your year to join in the fun? HSGA's membership year 1998-'99 starts July 1, 1998. If you join now, we'll send a Convention Registration form, and the Summer Quarterly (your first membership issue of the '98-'99 year) will have final details of convention activities, how to order a limo to Joliet from the Chicago airport, daily schedules of playing and jam sessions and Alan Akaka's workshop. Hawaiian Steel Pro, Greg Sardinha is our guest this year; Convention manager Don Weber has some great ideas again, and the Holiday Express Inn has been totally and comfortably remodeled. You could even come early, and go gaming on one of the Riverboats. How 'bout it? Use the membership application at the end of this website. HSGA * HAWAIIAN
