Jerry Byrd's instruction book of 60 lessons came out in its 4th edition, in 1994, and along with the video (which supplements the book), how can you miss? This is called stealing the steel, because you couldn't get a private course from JB for these prices even if it was offered. All Jerry's students -- Alan Akaka, Greg Sardinha, Casey Olsen, etc. etc. -- have learned from this course.
